Ever since Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows was published in 2007, we’ve been jonesing for another novel. JK Rowling has published some wonderful short pieces on Pottermore, but still, we want more! And now there’s something coming called…Harry Potter and the Cursed Child.
“Praise Dumbledore’s beard, I was wrong. The publisher Scholastic announced Wednesday that both parts of Harry Potter and the Cursed Child would be published as a script book, to be released in the U.S. and Canada just after midnight on July 31, 2016—roughly the anniversary of when Hagrid would have visited Harry for the first time with a messy birthday cake and a letter in tow, to change his life forever.” — Lenika Cruz for The Atlantic

It’s not a new Harry Potter novel but we’ll take the play! Parts I and II will be published together as a special rehearsal edition with a final edition to come later. You can pre-order the rehearsal edition of the play already on Amazon in print or as a digital copy.
Will be pre-ordering and reading the play? Or would you rather wait for the production to come to your city?
